The menu ranges from the simplest salmon sashimi to complex rolls like the HIRO Special Roll—crispy tempura shrimp, crab mix, fresh cucumber, masago, and cream cheese rolled and topped with unagi (freshwater eel), avocado, and sweet eel sauce.

If you can’t choose from all the options, ask the chef to choose for you! Our Sushi & Sashimi Combo includes a California roll, tuna roll, plus four pieces of nigiri and eight pieces of sashimi chosen by our expert staff.
